This
Word document will save you heaps of time when doing math
lessons on graphs & graphing.
I've
put 42 survey questions into one document so all you have
to do is hand it out, have the students fill it in and cut
it up. Once finished I get the kids to have Q1 in their hand
and one child goes around the room and picks up all the data
from Q1 etc.
I find it easiest to store the surveys in an envelope. The
students can then tally their results and use graphing software
to represent the data. Too easy!!!
NB
You will find a couple of questions here that are a bit 'odd'
but they feed directly into my next lesson :)
